I discovered my passion for all things fitness and nutrition related when I began my competitive running career in high school. As I continued on as a Division I college runner, I carried something else from high school: body image issues.
I under-fueled throughout my entire collegiate running career. My lifestyle compromised my performance, my social life, my academic performance, my metabolic functions, and even led to major injuries that hindered my competitive running career. Through my mistakes, I learned to respect my body. I pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy and now support clients with a well-rounded approach to nutrition and fitness coaching.
